Ordering Details

Thank you so much for supporting the Qweening Collection and visiting our page! Here are a few things you will need to know when ordering:
- Please read items description for purchasing instructions on custom orders.
- Only use "Local Pick-up", if you are local and will be in to our store to pick-up your items.
- You have exactly 14 days from the date of purchase to pick-up your order before it is placed back in stock. There will be NO REFUNDS if you do not meet the deadline.
- There are NO REFUNDS on custom orders, regular stock items may be exchanged for correct size, if available...not for a different item.
- Please allow 1 business day for processing and you will receive shipping or pick up confirmation within 2 hours of normal operating hours via e-mail.
- We are located at 6400 West Main Suite 1F-3, Belleville IL 62223. Open Tuesday-Saturday or by requested appointment.
- We offer 2 shipping options for your convenience. If you need a rush custom order, please email us or contact me.
- All custom orders require a 2-3 Business Day turnaround.
- Hair orders/Wigs will be returned in 2-3 business days and can be shipped or picked up, unless on hand! Hair Purchases are NON-Refundable!
- Cash App, Apple Pay, Zelle and Venmo are also acceptable forms of payment, please contact us!
- WE DO NOT DELIVER OR DO MEET UP'S!
